About

Dacorum & Tring Athletics Club welcomes athletes of all abilities who want to improve in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Our sessions are supported by experienced coaches who can offer individual advice on training, competing, nutrition, footwear and injury prevention.

As a club, we are affiliated to England Athletics for athletics, road and cross country running and hold Clubmark status. We are based at the sportspace track in Hemel Hempstead and general club training takes place on a Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7pm to 8:30pm.
